Enquire for your schoolWISEWAYS is the UK adaptation of WISE UP — a digital wellbeing programme co-developed through the EU Erasmus+ programme (ref. 2019678) with 12 partners across 6 countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Greece and Turkey.
WISEWAYS integrates the WISE UP validated methodology with the P.E.A.C.E.® mindfulness framework, creating a uniquely grounded, evidence-informed approach to digital wellbeing education. It equips both educators and young people with practical tools to navigate digital life more consciously.

The student workshops can be delivered as part of the instructor training, or as a standalone programme for schools where a trained WISEWAYS instructor wants to bring these workshops directly to young people. Each workshop is self-contained and 50–60 minutes — adaptable to PSHE, tutor time or pastoral programmes.
WISEWAYS includes a unique peer facilitator pathway through the BeFriendYourMind Circles network — upper secondary or higher education students (ages 15–25) trained as BFYM Ambassadors to lead Council Circles with their peers.
WISEWAYS provides a full professional support pathway for educators and instructors.
The WISEWAYS methodology is fully developed and EU-validated. We are training the first cohort of UK WISEWAYS instructors in 2026. Schools that enquire now will be among the first to access the programme.
