What is WISEWAYS?

The UK rollout of a proven European programme

WISEWAYS is the UK adaptation of WISE UP — a digital wellbeing programme co-developed through the EU Erasmus+ programme (ref. 2019678) with 12 partners across 6 countries: France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Greece and Turkey.

WISEWAYS integrates the WISE UP validated methodology with the P.E.A.C.E.® mindfulness framework, creating a uniquely grounded, evidence-informed approach to digital wellbeing education. It equips both educators and young people with practical tools to navigate digital life more consciously.
