The framework

Five pillars. One progressive journey.

P.E.A.C.E. stands for Presence, Emotions, Attention, Cooperation and Empathy — five interconnected domains of psychosocial development, woven into a structured 10-week curriculum that moves students from inner awareness to outer connection.

P
Presence
Body-grounding and breathing practices that settle the nervous system and bring students into the present moment before learning begins.
E
Emotions
Recognising emotional and stress triggers, understanding how emotions arise, and reconnecting with inner resources and personal strengths.
A
Attention
Developing sustained focus and concentration skills — the foundational capacity for effective and engaged learning in and out of the classroom.
C
Cooperation
Active listening, talking circles and inclusive classroom practices that build genuine relational trust and a positive, cohesive school climate.
E
Empathy
Perspective-taking activities that cultivate empathy, recognise the qualities of others and strengthen the wider school community.

Delivery model

Designed to work within your school — not on top of it

A trained instructor comes to you. No teacher training required. Each session follows the same four-part structure, creating a reliable and progressive learning experience.

01
Settling & attention
A grounding practice that brings students into present-moment awareness before the session begins.
02
Guided experience
A structured experiential activity — body-based, relational or reflective — aligned to the week's theme.
03
Reflection
Students verbalise and process what arose, building emotional vocabulary and metacognitive awareness.
04
Integration
A simple practice to carry beyond the classroom, bridging each session to everyday life.

From the programme

What students and teachers experience

"

These are exercises that I use in class at the beginning of the lesson when I feel the need, or when I feel the students need them. It gives me a real little breather in the storm of the workday.

"

A calmer, more serene classroom atmosphere, greater kindness, and improved concentration. I've noticed positive effects on both students and teachers alike.

"

Peace has helped me to be more attentive and to calm down more easily, at home and at school. The practices have helped me be more open to what's happening around me.
